The Wisconsin Insurance Plan relies on the producer ("insurance agent" or licensed intermediary) to secure the needed information from the applicant and from other sources to properly complete the application.

PRODUCERS, TAKE NOTE

Apply 45 - 60 days before coverage is needed to begin.

Read the application.

Provide all information requested.

Sign the application.

Provide a short narrative to explain situations that are a bit different. 

We will not call you for information that is missing or is not clear.  Usually, we will reject the application and  write to you and/or the customer for the information needed.  No coverage will be in force.

We are not required to insure every property submitted.  We are not required to begin coverage as requested.

We may decline to begin coverage until we survey the premises, until we receive additional information, or for other reasons.

Coverage will never begin earlier than the day after both a proper submission with deposit is received in the Plan's office and the risk is deemed acceptable by the Plan for coverage to begin.

PRINTING APPLICATIONS

In order to print the applications, you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader.  Use the Adobe PRINT command.  If you do not have this program, click on the Adobe icon below.

If you have problems and the application does not print properly, do not submit it.  Call us at (414) 291-5353 or e-mail us at thewip@execpc.com and we will mail applications to you.

The applications on this web site are for use only by producers.  Property owners who wish to apply without the assistance of a producer must contact the Plan for special applications.  See General Information.
